“We fell in love with the attention to detail and crisp nature of the finishes that were present in every single Design Homes home that we walked through. We could not have asked for more in the quality of the final product. The trim throughout the house is beautiful that delivers a complete, cohesive package. We are tall 6’4″ and 6′ and we feel very comfortable in our house, it is spacious with tall ceilings that make even the tallest people feel small. The confidence in our purchase continued to rise after we attended the Homearama in West Chester. Our trim and finishes were on par with homes being sold at 300k above our asking price. Our layout was as convenient or more convenient. The square footage was equal. When we were in the process of buying our house, which was a new build/spec home, we had several changes that we requested in our final offer that Design was able to accommodate. They worked with us to deliver these changes that they really could have passed on us and sold the home as is to another buyer at full asking. We are extremely grateful for their openness to work with us to deliver our vision of a final product. That being said, we only changed several key items/appliances that we desired. The house was outfitted and finished by their designer, who is incredible. We could not have picked out anything better ourselves. We are incredibly happy with everything that we were able to receive in our asking price. We would highly recommend Design Homes to any potential buyer looking for a beautiful custom home.”
